Address: Calle Michel Perez # 1-3La Cupula is nestled on the hillside of lake Titicaca, a location, which overlooks both the lake Titicaca and the Village of Copacabana in Bolivia. The Hotel La Cupula is named after the three big white cupolas or domes that can easily be spotted from Copacabana. La Cupula lies 3,899 meters over sea level. The hotel is a 10-minute walk uphill from the heart of Copacabana.

Room Facilities
Each of the 17 comfortable and clean rooms are individually designed, with a variety of artistic details. The guest room walls are covered with modern art, and some even have lofts.Some of the rooms have views of the lake, while others look out onto the surrounding mountainside. They are all bright with big windows and funky bamboo furniture.
The Honeymoon Suite is probably the quirkiest hotel room in all of Bolivia: Accessed through the ceiling, it has a large cupola, views of the lake, a hammock, and its own veranda.
Each room contains comfortable beds with high quality matresses and duvets, cosy furnishing and hot solar showers all day. Hot water bottles can be provided and there are gas heaters in the public rooms. There are 4 rooms with clean, shared bathrooms and 11 rooms with private bathrooms, including 2 suites with living room, hammock and 1 suite with kitchen.
All 18 comfortable rooms are located around yards and gardens.
The hotel provides hammocks, a playground where one can enjoy views over the lake as well as a small open-airgarage for keeping your car secure.

The hotel has a cosy restaurant with excellent international and vegetarian food.In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook dishes of your choice and also meet other travellers.
In the living room you can borrow books from the multilingual library, use the guitar or watch a video of your choice. The living room has cable TV and a large DVD-collection (over 120 movies).
The 4 spacious gardens with hammocks and garden furniture are ideal for relaxing, enjoying the gorgeous lake view and watching the sunset. There is even an outside hot tub (as hot as you like it!) with lake view.
Valuables can be stored in a safe at the reception and you can store your luggage for free, for example if you want to spend a night on the Isla del Sol. There are facilities to wash your clothes yourself or you can alternatively use the laundry service.
The well-informed staff can provide you with city maps and all necessary tourist information and they can also book lake tours and bus tickets. The reception is open from 7am - 10pm, but guests can come and go at any time. Spanish and English are spoken.
