Travel by Bus from La Paz to Uyuni and back
PANASUR is a pioneer bus company for the route La Paz – Uyuni and back. Panasur has been in the business since 1994; the company counts with five well equipped buses that have Accident Insurance according to Bolivian Transit Laws (SOAT).
Panasur drivers are qualified all of them count with C category driver license. Trips to Uyuni are in charge of the driver plus a driver assistant.
The company aims to provide comfort and ensure the safety of the passengers at a reasonable price. Panasur doesn't allow passengers to travel without and assigned seats or passengers to get on board outside the bus terminal or in any stop.
The route that handles Panasur goes directly from La Paz to Uyuni and back the approximate time of travel is from 10 to 12 hours. The Buses doesn’t stop in Oruro but they take a break in Challapata, passengers there have the opportunity to take a cup of tea or coffee at a restaurant in the stop.
