8:15 - Departure from Copacabana to the Sun Island - Isla del Sol (North side – Challampampa)
10:30 - Arrival to Challampampa community.
35 minutes of Trekking through the Sun Island ruins.

During the trekking you will see:

• Gold Museum – Museo de Oro
• Chincana Labyrinth – Laberinto de Chincana
• Sacred Stone – La Piedra Sagrada
• Sun Steps – Pisadas del Sol
• Sacrificed bench – Mesa de Sacrificio

Optional:
3 hours hike from Chicana Labyrinth to the South Part of the Sun Island – Yumani

14:00 - Departure from Challampampa (North Side) to the South Part of the Sun Island.
14:30 - Arrival to Yumani - Sun Island South Side
1.5 hours of Trekking through the Sun Island ruins.

During the trekking you will see:

• Inca stairway – Escaleras del Inca
• 3 Fountains of Youth – Las tres Fuentes de la Juventud
• Puma Museum – Museo de Pumas
• Pilcocaina Temple or Temple of the Sun – Templo de Pilcoaina o del Sol (20 minutes visit)

15:30 - Departure from Yumani to Copacabana
17:30 - Arrival in Copacabana

HALF DAY - Itinerary

Every day the Shared Boat departs from Copacabana at 8:30 to the South side of the Sun Island – Yumani and returns to Copacabana at 12:30

The shared boat departs at 13:30 from Copacabana as well. Visit the South Side of the Sun Island and returns to Copacabana at 17:30. On the way back to Copacabana you will enjoy a beautiful view of the town.

The trip between Copacabana and the South side of the Sun Island takes around an hour and a half.

You can visit the following tourist places:
• Pilcocaina Temple – Templo de Pilcoaina
• Incas Stairway – Escalera del Inca
• 3 Fountains of Youth – Las tres Fuentes de la Juventud
• Incas Garden – Jardin Incaico
