Amaszonas Terms and Conditions:

- Check-in at the Airline front desk showing your valid ID. The electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a virtual document that represents a confirmed and pre-paid reservation, so no passenger will be transported unless he/she bears an identification card or similar document that contains a recent photograph. The latter must allow Amaszonas' personnel to clearly identify the passenger. Valid identification documents are ID Cards and passports.

- The passenger must be at the departing airport at least one (1) hour before the departure time in order to fulfill all the necessary boarding procedures. The flight release is closed thirty (30) minutes before the flight's departure, so the confirmed space is reserved until that time. If a passenger does not show up until then, Amaszonas will use such space. For "WEB Check-in" passengers.

- The passenger must confirm and reconfirm his/her space at least 24 hours in advance. If this obligation is omitted, Amaszonas may and without any prejudice use the reserved but unconfirmed space.

- The ticket/e-ticket grants its holder up to 20 Kilograms (44 Lbs) of checked baggage for adult passenger, and 10 kilograms (22 Lbs.) for underage passengers. Checked baggage that exceeds the above limit will be transported on "available space" basis and subject to the applicable fare plus the corresponding insurance.
