Pairumani is located at 21 kilometers from Cochabamba and has an average temperature of 19 C. This is one of the most attractive places of the central valleys of the area.

In Pairumani there is the "Hacienda" (farmhouse) of Simon I. Patino, known as the "Baron of Tin". To the North of this farm there are pine tree forests and a ravine of pure-crystal clear water, which invites visitors to go camping. We can still find here the old power plant that used to supply electricity to "Villa Albina".
